Man Utd 3 - 2 AC Milan

Source:soccernet

What a cracking game!

Utd went 1-0 early, only for a fantastic 1st goal by Kaka, followed by a lucky 2nd one.
Rooney bought the game back to 2-2, thanks to a sublime pass by Scholes.
Then in the dying minutes Utd get a quick break and Rooney smashes in a great goal at Dida's near post for a final score of 3-2.

Utd played fantastic in the second half. All the attention was on Ronaldo at the start of the game, but I feel it was Rooney who played out of his skin.

Utd's make shift back four was lead by Heinz, who also had a solid game. The downside is that Evra got a yellow card and will be suspended for the 2nd leg

The referee was really poor....every time a Milan player would fall over a free kick was issued.

I watched the game on ART. Now usually I would put on the English commentating....but Gary "heha" O'Reily and some other guy are bloody annoying....never focus on the game...just talk rubbish....plus they never seemed to be interested in the game.....so that’s why I go for the loud Egyptian commentator....at least he gets excited

Now it’s off to Milan next week, it will be tough, but the way Man Utd playing it should be a cracker.....memories of 1999.....

COME ON YOU REDS

The goals will be posted shortly....watch this space
