Unbelievable... Just finished watching The Apprentice UK version Season 3 Episode 1.

I feel the UK version is tons better then the US version with Trump. Alan Sugar (the boss of the UK show) is cut throat, speaks his mind, and is genuinely looking for someone who is capable in helping him run his successful business..... In the words of Alan Sugar " This is not a game, this is a 12 week interview....you're a lightweight....you're fired!"
